In the specific implementation process of the chain catering cold storage project, areas such as the thawing room, the pickling room, the vegetable cold storage, the vegetable pre-treatment area, the vegetable processing area, the No. 1 cold storage, and the No. 2 cold storage that are in the temperature range of 2°C to 4°C, we carefully selected a powerful German Bitzer three-parallel 60P semi-hermetic piston compressor. To ensure the continuous and stable refrigeration effect, we also specially equipped two German Schroff air-cooled condensers to work together.
For the aquatic product and meat processing area warehouse with a temperature of 10°C, after careful consideration, we chose a German Bitzer two-parallel 20P semi-hermetic piston compressor. At the same time, we also carefully matched a German Schroff air-cooled condenser for it.
As for the remaining -22°C finished product freezer, our team determined to select a German Bitzer two-parallel 24P semi-hermetic piston compressor unit. Also, a German Schroff air-cooled condenser was configured for it to achieve the best refrigeration effect.
The polyurethane double-sided color steel sandwich panels selected for this chain catering cold storage project are all PIR core materials (with difficult-to-burn B1 level), and the color steel plates are of Baosteel brand. The color steel plates of the Baosteel brand are famous for their excellent quality and outstanding performance, which can provide a reliable enclosure structure for cold storage.
The cold storage door uses the sus340 sliding door.
