#Successful Case: How do you keep your fish fresh after harvest?
Share one case of our customer, we make one cold storage room and flake ice machine for this customer. Based on his requirements, our design is:
- 8×5.7×2.7m cold room, with 14HP Bitzer compressor, room size is -1~0C
- 5 tons flake ice machine
Every time, our customers use a refrigerated truck to bring the flake ice to the harvest place. After harvest, using flake ice to pre-cool the fish in refrigerated truck. When backs to cold room, they clean every fish on site and store in cold room. In this way, it keep the fish quality in a very good situation.
