3. Storage requirements for potato
CRYO SYSTEMS advise storage potato temperature is below:
For early crop. temperature is 10 to 15 C, can keep 10 to 14 days.
For late crop, temperature is 4 to 12 C, can keep 5 to 10 months.
Both are not need Controlled atmosphere.
