Processing room: The temperature should be maintained between +10°C to +15°C. This temperature range helps ensure food safety while providing a suitable working environment for workers

Cold Room: Store meat at temperatures close to 0°C, like -5°C to +5°C.

Freezer Room: Freeze meat at -15°C to -30°C  or lower.
