Processing room: The temperature should be maintained between +10°C to +18°C. This temperature range helps ensure food safety while providing a suitable working environment for workers.

Cold Room/Cold Storage: Store seafood at temperatures close to 0°C, like -5°C to +5°C.

Freezer Room: Freeze seafood at -15°C to -30°C  or lower.

Blast Freezer Room: Rapid freezing of seafood at -30°C to -45°C or lower, using specialized equipment and techniques.

Ultra Blast Freezer Room: for high quality seafood like tuna, temperature at -50°C to -60°C.
